I loved this book. The pictures have a wonderful ethereal quality. The information is solid, but presented in a very quiet way. So would this go in the 598s with Butterflies or in the 811s with poetry? What do others think?

Oops I mean 595s, but I was wondering about how they go about deciding where a book should go when it is more than one subject? I also think this could easily be listed as a picture book.

I thought the tidbit about taking three generations to make the northern migration a bit confusing. A lovely book, but not my pick for the Mock Sibert.

This is a LOVELY book. I am not sure that it is my favorite for the Mock Sibert though.

I actually heard Helen Frost talk about this book. She knows her stuff when it comes to butterflies. I'm not quite sure that it has the qualifications for the Sibert but it is a good book and it is definitely a book that can be used to teach about the life of butterflies.
